Marketing Assistant, Student
Summer is right around the corner and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant, Student to join our Marketing team at our Head Office in Guelph.
Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour.
This will be a full-time, in person, 4 month contract.
Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. As a Marketing Assistant, Student you will provide general administrative assistance to Skyline’s Marketing team through content creation, blog writing and administrative coordination. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects while building practical skills that will support your future career in Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the Marketing team with administrative tasks
- Learn and implements basic SEO and readability best practices.
- Researching and writing blog articles aligned with company themes
- Helping to update and maintain content calendars
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Business or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude—you take initiative and look for ways to help
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
